This little number was a skirt of mine that was headed for the Goodwill. After sitting in a pile of old clothes for a couple of days, I had just the right plan for it.
I measured around her chest and cut the skirt to her size.
Added some straps....
And there you go, in less than an hour, a twirl and some summer comfort!
