I often look around the house, when there is a time of quietness and everyone is at their respective places of obligation, and think about the little pieces we have all left behind in our home, waiting for our return. Peace and gratitude fill me, knowing that there is joy and laughter in these glory years. That these days of childhood and our time as a young family is short and so precious. I'd like to bottle this up, right now, to remind myself 20 years from now, that this time was indeed glorious.
