For the past three years, I have made Frankie a sweater for the winter season. One that he has come to ask for and this year, picked out the yarn himself. A simple raglan, with top down construction, worked quickly and easily. I was pleased that I was able to complete it before Christmas and he wore it proudly to many occasions. On a cold day like today, it warms my heart to know that he cherishes it, understands that it was made with love. A perfect way to start a new year.
